(一)遇有具職務利害關係者所為之餽贈、飲宴邀約或關切事件等，除有「公務員廉政倫理規範」第 4 點或第 7 點第 1 項各款情形外，應予拒絕或退還，並簽報長官及知會政風機構。另請於主動填寫「臺南市政府教育局暨所屬各級機關、學校受贈財物、飲宴應酬、關切事件及其他廉政倫理事件登錄表」後，向本校協辦政風業務之人員登錄報備。
(二)檢送教育局「113 年中秋節廉政宣導小叮嚀」(附件 1)及「113 年中秋節廉政倫理規範宣導標語」(附件 2)各 1 份。
In the event of gifts, banquet invitations, or inquiries from individuals with job-related conflicts of interest, aside from the circumstances outlined in Points 4 or 7(1) of the "Code of Ethics for Civil Servants," such offers should be refused or returned, and a report should be submitted to the supervisor and the ethics office should be informed. Additionally, please fill out the "Tainan City Government Department of Education and its Subordinate Agencies and Schools: Registration Form for Received Gifts, Banquets, Social Interactions, Inquiries, and Other Ethical Events" and report it to the school personnel responsible for ethics matters.
Attached are the Department of Education's "Reminder for the 113th Mid-Autumn Festival Anti-Corruption Campaign" (Attachment 1) and "Slogans for the 113th Mid-Autumn Festival Ethical Guidelines Promotion" (Attachment 2).
