說明:

  • 依據臺南市各級學校健康體適能與飲食教育行動計畫辦理。
  • 本局以每月餐前5分鐘指定影片內容為主設計測驗題目，分為「低中年級測驗」、「高年級及國中測驗」2個版本，提供導師可於課堂活動運用，藉以了解學生對於餐前5分鐘知識層面成效。
  • 12月餐前5分鐘主題「乳品類」測驗資訊(http://lunch.tn.edu.tw/custom_issue/72)，測驗時間至111年1月21日止。另，檢附測驗題目與答案(附件1)供教師運用。
  • 每月完成餐前5分鐘主題測驗且留下完整聯絡訊息的同學，即符合抽獎資格，本局每月以電腦隨機抽樣完成測驗的同學，並寄送出小禮物至學校。
