說明：
一、 依環境部(前行政院環境保護署)111 年 4 月 28 日「一次用飲
料杯限制使用對象及實施方式」公告事項三第一款規定，
飲料店不得提供塑膠一次用飲料杯，其實施日期由直轄
市、縣（市）主管機關提報，經中央主管機關核准後發布
實施，先予敘明。
二、 上開飲料店係指從事茶、咖啡或冷熱飲等飲料販售或調理
供應顧客飲用之行業，茶飲店、咖啡店、冷熱飲店及攤商
(鋪、販)均屬之，再本市飲料店不得提供塑膠一次用飲料
杯之實施日期業經核准發布為 112 年 10 月 1 日，故為使轄管
相關業者知悉因應，請惠予協助於官方網站或公佈欄張貼
