說明：
一、依據 113 年度整合性預防及延緩失能計畫辦理。
二、對象：本市國中學生(含 113 年小六升國一)。
三、人數： 20 人。
四、地點：臺南榮譽國民之家(臺南市東區裕永路 555 號)。
五、時間： 113 年 7 月 2 日(星期二)上午 8 ： 10-12:10 。
六、辦理方式：招募國中生參加活動，透過失智友善及代間學習互動等課程讓學生瞭解失智症，從小學習尊重、愛與關懷，並於活動結束後撰寫心得，完成後可獲得 4 小時失智友善志工研習證明、失智友善天使證書及失智友善胸章。
