主旨：檢送本署「下水道的臉創意人孔設計比賽」之活動簡章及數位海報，敬邀貴單位參與活動，並請協助宣傳活動資訊，請查照。
說明：
一、為推廣並建立民眾對於下水道建設的認識與了解，本署委託民視文化事業股份有限公司辦理「下水道的臉創意人孔設計比賽」，從 110 年 8 月 16 日至 110 年 9 月 12 日進行徵件，希望藉由下水道「人孔蓋—下水道的臉」作為主題，透過針對台灣民眾進行徵件比賽，以期在設計與創意中認識下水道建設並翻轉對下水道印象並能更認識下水道建設。
二、參賽者之徵件內容如獲評為優秀作品，除能獲頒獎狀以茲鼓勵外，另可獲得豐富比賽獎金，活動辦法請參閱活動簡章（詳附件 1 ）。
