一、依據交通部 110 年 9 月 14 日交安字第 1105011762 號函辦理。
二、旨揭計畫活動實施期間自 110 年 10 月 1 日起至 10 月 31 日止，敬請各校踴躍配合辦理，活動項目說明如下（如附件 2 ）：
(一)大專院校辦理機車安駕宣導活動。
(二)國中小學生及家長使用交通部「道安資訊查詢網」（ https://roadsafety.tw/）查詢自己就讀的校園周邊交通事故熱點圖表，並寫下 1-3 處於聯絡簿。
(三)運用交通安全月主題網頁的下載專區下載文宣，於新生訓練或其他適當時間宣導「路口慢看停、行人停看聽」或閃紅閃黃或無號誌化路口的內涵。
(四)鼓勵學校校長或老師於路口導護時說明行人停看聽內涵。
(五)其他：鼓勵各級學校因地制宜辦理其他交安月主題活動。
