一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署109年2月4日臺教國署國字第1090011636號函暨「臺南區十二年國民基本教育免試入學超額比序『多元學習表現』採計原則」辦理。二、依說明一函，中央流行疫情指揮中心於本年2月2日決定將高級中等以下學校108學年度第2學期開學日延後2週至2月25日開學。三、依據說明採計原則第4點規定，多元學習表現分數採計期間自七上開學日起，至九下開學前一日止。爰本區109學年度入學高級中等學校學生免試入學超額比序項目「多元學習表現」採計截止日，因應調整為109年2月24日（星期一）止。
