  •  〔記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕隨著科技發達，網路世界也為日常生活帶來許多威脅。台南市教育局今（ 19 ）日發表第 3 部防治數位性別暴力宣導影片，劇情貼近校園生活實例， 揭發深偽科技詐騙手法，全劇由崇明國中師生擔綱演出，出演詐財的「壞蛋」駭客，是國文科老師侯耿忠，模仿得十分逼真。
  • 侯耿忠將於今年 6 月退休，這部微電影是他的處女作也是「封刀之作」，平日執教認真的他，常有「驚爆式詼諧」，在師生眼中是個冷面笑匠。不怕出演壞蛋角色，「師尊」崩毀，侯耿忠說「我是狀況外」，沒有機會選角色，但是這個劇本主題對同學們來說就是切身的課題，生活上多多少少都會接觸，所以必須配合演出，「完全不介意」。
  • 侯耿忠說，謝謝學校給予拍攝機會，讓他能和導演及學生合作，共同拍攝完成這部作品，希望能幫助學子在面對網路陷阱時有警醒的力量。
  • 導演薛銘仁說，拍製影片只有 3 週時間要完成任務，一到崇明國中場勘，發現侯耿忠頗上相，他的座位又有種拍劇的神秘感，加上是同窗好友，於是選中他演駭客角色，果然戲味十足。
  • 網路的高度隱匿性，使得兒少影像流傳事件與日俱增且難以追蹤，進而衍生轉發及被恐嚇取財等案例，南市教育局已發表兩部性平微電影宣導。這次第 3 部曲主題「保護自己、勇敢求助」， 劇情描述深偽技術（ Deepfake ）合成學生私密照片，受害學生原本想求救，結果卻是好友的社群帳號被盜用，駭客歹徒製作高度逼真的人工生成影像和聲音造假影片，並結合視訊功能來釣魚詐財。
  • 市長黃偉哲表示，現今網路的深偽科技，利用再生程式、人工智慧，就能夠生成出跟真人一樣的照片，甚至是影片，若有人利用深偽科技來詐騙他人，很容易讓人上當，尤其現在受詐騙的情形很嚴重，受害者中不乏許多受過高等教育者，希望大家平時有危機意識，不輕易受騙。
