主旨：函轉教育部有關公立高級中等以下學校實際教授身心障礙學生之特殊教育教師，因所任職務確有體能上之限制，其自願退休條件自 111 年 2 月 1 日起，得依該函說明段之認定標準，予以調降為「任職滿 5 年，年滿 56 歲」案，請查照。
