壹、依據：教育局第二官方語言政策指標
貳、目的：教育局與國立嘉義大學合作，規劃相關提升英語教師全英語授課專業知能，期使英語教師都能夠於培訓後，習得並練習全英語授課之技能，運用於實際課堂中，提升學生英語學習之成效。
参、全英教學研習(第三梯次)
一、參加對象：
(一)臺南市國小編制內英語教師及3個月以上英語代理教師。
(二)以未參與本局與各大學合辦之全英語教學研習之英語教師為優先。
