一、中華民國心臟病兒童基金會，為提昇並鼓勵心臟病童之德智體群美的發展，特設置本辦法。本獎勵學金的頒發為一年一次，於每年的九月前刊登公告於基金會公開資訊並發函通知各合約醫院及學校。
