親愛的家長您好：

    近年來，面對國內物價上漲及歷經多次食安危機後，大家逐漸重視「食」的安全與衛生，基於下列因素，學校午餐工作推行委員會提議擬自 104學年度起調整師生午餐收費：

  • 消費者物價指數近 10年來已上漲 10.76%。
  • 勞工每月最低薪資自民國 88年至 104 年漲幅高達 20%。
  • 基於物價及人事成本的漲幅，在基本品質的供應下，已很難經營，如又依教育部規定營養需求的乳品及水果之供應，那更是難上加難，市面上 1個便當皆超過 50 元。
  • 本校午餐收費至今已歷經十多年未曾調漲。
  • 午餐費每餐 28.2元支出分析： （ 620÷22＝28.2 ）
  1. 人事費（ 23.2％）；水電、瓦斯燃料費、電話…等（ 6.2％）
  2. 水果 2次/週，平均 2 元/日。
  3. 肉品：每人每餐 60~100 克/日，平均 11.2 元/日。
  4. 蔬菜:每人每餐 100 克計算，以平均 40 元/1 公斤，平均 4 元/日。
  5. 主食:白米每人每餐 78 克，平均 1.4 元/日，另供應麵包或饅頭/包子則平均 0.3 元/日。    
  6. 每日扣除水電、瓦斯燃料、人事費用後，平均每日午餐費約為 18元（三菜一湯＋米飯、麵包），另平日料理用之調味品、設備維修及雜支等費用，都需攤提於每日費用中，其經費拮据狀況可想而知，若在加上氣候及市場等因素，而造成物價上漲，欲提供師生每日至少三菜一湯+米飯/麵包等，又需兼顧安全及品質維持，其辛苦可想而知。然午餐供應學校透過公開招標，只能節流但無法開源，為提供優質午餐品質而勞心勞力，希望大家給予調整收費支持的力量。
  • 南市政府對弱勢家庭（有案中低收入戶或導師認定之家庭）仍然會繼續全額補助午餐費，學校會主動協助申請補助款，不會收取午餐費。
  • 基於上述，新化區五所小學經多次會議協商，擬調整新化區國小全體教師及學生午餐費收取金額，自 104年 8 月 31 日起調整為 700 元/月（含 630 元午餐費及 70 元燃料費），以期學校午餐收費合理化，提升學校午餐品質。
  • 收費調整後：每週 4天（一、二、四、五）供應 3 菜 1 湯。玉米、黃豆類製品，盡量使用非基改；雞蛋使用洗選蛋，並視經費盈餘情形增加水果供應及乳品次數。
  • 若回收問卷調查表後，經統計反對者超過 40％，即決議不調整午餐收費，維持現狀；若贊成+沒意見超過 60％，則需再提送家長委員會討論議決後實施。
