主旨：轉知經濟部標準檢驗局辦理「104 年正字標記教學教案徵選活動」，請踴躍參與，請查照。
說明：
一、依據經濟部標準檢驗局 104 年 6 月 18 日經標一字第 10410009040 號函辦理。
二、正字標記係政府為推行國家標準，自民國 40 年起推廣至今已 64 年之產品驗證制度，除申請時要求工廠品質管理系統須經評鑑取得指定品管制度（目前為我國國家標準(CNS) 12681 ）之認可登錄及產品經檢驗符合國家標準外，其後每年更實施嚴格之品管追查及產品抽驗，長期以來對政府推行標準化、節省國家整體經濟資源、保護消費者權益及提升國內公共工程品質貢獻卓著。
三、為加強國小學童對正字標記之正確認知，推廣正字標記產品之品質保證及公信力，該局辦理「104 年正字標記教學教案徵選活動」，徵求優良之教學教案，供全國各國小教師教授產品標章時使用，以藉由「向下扎根」方式，向國小學童進行正字標記推廣，加強認識正字標記的意涵及形象，培養學童選購優良產品的能力，以確保自身權利。
