3/16 依臺北市政府教育局 105 年 3 月 8 日北市教中字第 10511011200 號來函更新：
說明二第五項：「...水費或電費收據及當年度五月份之戶籍謄本....」更正為「...水費或電費收據及當年度七月份之戶籍謄本正本或新式戶口名簿(甲式)等」。


主旨：轉知臺北市政府教育局有關設籍臺北市而就讀外縣市國小應屆畢業生欲申請就讀臺北市國民中學之說明，請老師協助相關學生家長依說明事項辦理。
說明：
一、依據臺北市政府教育局 105 年 3 月 4 日北市教中字第 10532050300 號函辦理。

二、本市國民小學應屆畢業生全戶設籍臺北市且有居住事實者，請學生家長逕依下列程序辦理，各國小無需造具學生名冊送臺北市國民中學：
(一)申請日期： 105 年 7 月 11 日（星期一）至 8 月 12 日（星期五）。
(二)申請地點：戶籍地所屬學區之國民中學。
(三)查驗文件：全戶戶口名簿正本、國民小學畢業證書、家長印章。

(四)審查及分發方式：
１、額滿國民中學：協助轉介至臺北市政府教育局公布之改分發學校，由該校審查分發入學至額滿為止。
２、未額滿國民中學：由戶籍地區之國民中學審查後分發入學至額滿為止，倘學校額滿應即陳報臺北市政府教育局核定。

(五)外縣市國小應屆畢業生與其父母或法定監護人共同設籍於額滿國中學區，持有下列證明文件之一，並提供當年度一月一日至入學資格審查日間任一月份之水費或電費收據及當年度五月份之戶籍謄本，足以證明居住事實者，請於 105 年 7 月 11 日（星期一）至 7 月 15 日（星期五）止提出申請，經戶籍地所屬學區國民中學查核確有居住事實者，得以外加方式分發入學：
    １、入學前一年 12 月 31 日前設籍於額滿國民中學學區內，學生之父、母（不含祖父母及外祖父母）或法定監護人於同日前持有同址坐落學區內房屋所有權狀證明(以登記日期為準)。
    ２、入學前一年 12 月 31 日前取得連續居住並設籍 6 年以上同址坐落學區內經公證之房屋租賃證明。

(六)有關臺北市國中新生分發法令、 105 學年度國中學區一覽表、里鄰學區對照表及其他新生分發相關資訊，請逕至臺北市政府教育局網站（網址： http://www.edunet.taipei.gov.tw/）/科室業務/中等教育科/熱門公告項下查詢。

(七)另國立師大附中及國立政大附中 2 校附設國中部歷年來均為額滿學校，且教室空間容納有限，外縣市國小應屆畢業生如以外加方式分發入學，恐排擠臺北市設籍學區內小學畢業生之權益，故該 2 校不以外加分發入學方式招收設籍臺北市之外縣市國小應屆畢業生。

(八)設籍臺北市而就讀外縣市國小應屆畢業生之學生家長如有臺北市新生分發相關疑問，亦得逕洽所屬學區國民中學教務處註冊組詢問。
