主旨：函轉國立公共資訊圖書館自建資料庫清單(如附件)1 份，請各級學校納為典藏並鼓勵多加使用，詳如說明，請查照。

說明：
一、依據國立公共資訊圖書館 05 年 5 月 5 日資圖數字第 10500017711 號函辦理。

二、旨揭資料庫共 7 種，由該館自行建置並提供各界無償使用，說明如下：
(一)電子書服務平台（ http://ebook.nlpi.edu.tw ）：典藏近 2 萬 7,000 種、超過 25 萬冊正體中文電子書，開放全國民眾以各公共圖書館讀者身分註冊會員後使用。
(二)圓夢繪本資料庫(http://storybook.nlpi.edu.tw)：以「原創精神－為自己圓一個繪本創作的夢」為特色，收錄超過 500 種學生創作、地方特色及得獎之繪本作品。
(三)解密圖書 DNA(http://libdna.nlpi.edu.tw)：以文字與圖書的演進為主題，結合動畫、互動多媒體及小遊戲等方式，探索漢字發展的歷史背景、字體、印刷術及圖書館演變等議題，並於課程中融入與歷史、人文、環境等內容，同時由中小學教師設計 18 種教案供免費下載。
(四)設計師之手(http://digitalgallery.nlpi.edu.tw)：收錄國內大專院校設計系所學生所創作的優秀作品超過 550 件，提供民眾欣賞瀏覽及教學觀摩。
(五)電影與文學資料庫(http://fl.nlpi.edu.tw)：將電影與文學作品互相串連，包括電影、原著書、中文書、原著譯作及影(書)評建立關聯性資料庫近 9,000 筆資料，並連結國資圖館藏，以利讀者於影片與原著之間進行相關連查詢與利用。
(六)數位典藏服務網(http://das.nlpi.edu.tw)：將舊版報紙、古文書、日據時期日文舊籍及地方文獻等四大類資源予以數位化典藏，並收藏陶瓷器物、客家文物、珍貴古老照片、皮影劇本及地方戲曲唱片等地方文獻資料。
(七)數位典藏教材推廣網頁(http://earp.nlpi.edu.tw)：將國資圖典藏之日文舊籍暨舊版報紙等珍貴資源，針對國民中小學之教育應用目的，以「走過半世紀－從日據至戰後之臺灣人民生活百態」為主軸，共開發三大主題 16 個單元的數位學習教材。

三、說明第二點第 2 、 3 及 7 項項屬於支援教學重點資料庫，另已邀集學科暨數位教材專家，依照國民教育課程綱要，製作生動豐富的數位教材與內容，包含教案、學習單等，提供教師輔助教學使用。
