說明：
一、依據國家教育研究院 105 年 5 月 31 日教研資字第 1051500477 號函辦理。
二、「教育媒體影音」為教育部推動「教育雲端應用及平臺服務計畫」建置服務項目之一，匯整全國各縣市政府、部屬館所（機構）或民間單位等影音資源，並透過雲端提供豐富多元的教學影音服務，目前已彙整 6 千筆以上之教育影音資源。
三、為能擴充「教育媒體影音」多元服務功能及豐碩媒體資料庫，特規劃辦理教學媒體影音徵集活動，鼓勵自製數位媒體影音教材，增進教學與學生學習效果，並促進教學經驗之交流及觀摩。
四、活動辦理：
(一)活動時程：即日起至 105 年 8 月 31 日止。（以掛號郵寄日期為準）
(二)得獎公布日期：得獎名單於 105 年 9 月 30 日前，公布在活動網站，並發送得獎通知給個人與所屬學校。
(三)參賽資格：具中華民國國籍或設籍臺灣之年滿 20 歲自然人且註冊為教育媒體影音會員者。
(四)作品主題：以教育部頒訂之現行課程綱要各學習領域與重要教育議題學習內涵為主設計。
(五)作品格式：作品格式：以*.mp4 、*.wmv 、*.avi 等影片格式製作，內容大小以不超過 30 分鐘為原則，建議至少 DVD 以上解析度(480p)以上。
五、本活動計畫之詳細辦法內容如附件，並掛載於教育媒體影音網站上(網址： http://video.cloud.edu.tw/)，敬請函轉所轄學校並協助公告於所屬教育資源網站。
