說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 105 年 5 月 25 日臺教國署國字第 1050054315 號函辦理。
二、依據「國民小學及國民中學學生成績評量準則」第 4 條及第 6 條之規定略以：「各校於學習領域評量應兼顧定期評量及平時評量，惟定期評量中紙筆測驗之次數，每學期至多三次，平時評量中紙筆測驗之次數，於各學習領域皆應符合第四條第四款最小化原則。」
三、爰請教師落實紙筆測驗使用頻率最小化之原則，重視學生學習時間與成長之連續性，減少使用定點定時性質之一次性評量，鼓勵以多元評量方式提供不同程度的學生學習機會，並透過多元評量於課堂中的落實，將評量的設計聚焦於發掘學生學習成就，以符合適性化、個別化及多元化之理念。
