說明：
一、依據臺南市高級中等以下各教育階段學校辦理多元資優教育方案獎勵補助要點暨本局本(105)年 6 月 23 日簽呈核定辦理。
二、本競賽採「第一階段 初審」、「第二階段 複審及成果發表」二階段方式辦理，競賽資訊說明如下：
(一)報名資格：
 、國小組：就讀本市公私立國小三到六年級學生。
 、國中組：就讀本市公私立國中學生。
 、本競賽限小組報名，每組限 2 至 6 人，不受理個人報名。指導教師限任教於本市公私立國中小之合格教師或經合法任用之代理（課）教師或實習老師，每件作品指導教師最多 2 人。報名須以學校為單位統一報名，不受理個別作品單獨報名。得跨校組隊，以報名學校為代表學校。

(二)報名類別：分為「人文社會科學」及「數學自然科學」二類，如同時報名兩類均通過初審，而有複審發表時間衝突之情形，應由所屬學校代表於複審發表序抽籤當天自行與其他學校協調妥處。
(三)初審報名及資料繳交：
 、報名： 9 月 12 日(一)起至 9 月 23 日(五)下午 4 時止，以學校為單位，由各校承辦人員至競賽報名網站(http://create.tn.edu.tw/index.php)統一報名。報名後各校參賽團隊始得上傳資料，請各校承辦人員務必依限完成報名，系統報名範例請參閱附件實施計畫之附件二。
 、資料繳交：繳交期限至 9 月 23 日(五)，電子檔以上傳時間為準，截止時間為下午 4 時，紙本資料以郵戳為憑。電子檔與紙本資料均需於期限內上傳繳交，任一項逾時概不予受理。
( )電子檔由各參賽團隊隊長(第一作者)至競賽報名網站(http://create.tn.edu.tw/index.php)，登入上傳。
( )紙本資料以學校為單位，由各校承辦人員統一郵寄至承辦學校，國小組請寄至 700 臺南市中西區府前路一段 239 號建興國中輔導室收(電話： 06-2132640)，國中組請寄至 700 臺南市中西區成功路 235 號成功國小教務處收(電話： 06-2222239 轉 704)，承辦單位不受理個別作品單獨郵寄。
(四)複審：
 、資料繳交：由各參賽團隊隊長(第一作者)上傳至競賽報名網站(http://create.tn.edu.tw/index.php)。壁報電子檔上傳期限自 10 月 24 日(一)起至 10 月 28 日(五)下午 4 時截止，口頭發表簡報電子檔上傳期限自 11 月 2 日(三)起至 11 月 9 日(三) 下午 4 時截止，以上傳時間為準，逾時繳交酌扣該項目加權總分 1 分。
 、口頭發表：國小組訂於 11 月 12 日(六)於建興國中舉行，國中組訂於 11 月 13 日(日)於成功國小舉行。
