主旨：轉知財團法人弘揚社會道德文教基金會「105 年(第七屆)績優清寒孝親獎助學金實施辦法」。
說明：
一、依據台南市教育局南市教安(一)字第 1050852456 號暨財團法人弘揚社會道德文教基金會 105 年 8 月 12 日德(創)字第 10508007 號函辦理。

二、旨揭獎助學金實施辦法詳如附件，申請資格為：
  (一)國內經政府立案之公私立國小、國中、高中（職）在學學生(不含五專生及夜校生)。
  (二)家境清寒具有中低收入戶、低收入戶或其他清寒證明。
  (三)國小、國中、高中(職)前一學年度全學年(含上、下學期)學業成績，公立在 80 分以上，私立在 85 分以上者。
  (四)孝行須符合我國固有倫理道德之精神，有下列具體之事蹟：
    1.能長期協助家務，照護老殘幼小，親侍久病未癒之尊親屬，經年如一而無怨尤者。
    2.謹身節用，刻苦奮鬥，盡力侍奉父母及尊親屬，深得里鄰讚佩者。
    3.克盡孝道，助人行孝，糾正社會不良風氣，感化頑劣有具體事蹟者。
    4.其他對待尊長之行為，符合我國固有倫理道德之精神要求，足以導引人心，見賢思齊者。
  (五)、獎助金額︰
    1. 高中(職)學生：經審核通過後，每名發放新臺幣 1 萬元整。
    2. 國中學生：經審核通過後，每名發放新臺幣 6,000 元整。
    3. 國小學生：經審核通過後，每名發放新臺幣 5,000 元整。 

三、申請時間至 105 年 9 月 30 日止。
