說明：
一、依據高雄市政府教育局 106 年 2 月 3 日高市教資字第 10630585400 號函辦理。
二、旨揭活動邀請全國對科學有興趣之學生與教師，透過生活議題有關科學問題發想、資料收集與理解、探究及表達，以科學的角度解答生活議題，培養科學敘事能力，共同參與本競賽活動，內容簡述如下：
(一)競賽組別共分：國小學生、國中學生、高中(職)學生、教師組、社會組(含大專院校)及海洋科學組(高中職)。
(二)活動日期：即日起至 106 年 6 月 3 日止(參賽人員需於 106 年 3 月 31 日前完成報名註冊暨主題訂定)。
(三)為鼓勵女性、新住民子女及原住民學生參與科學探究，設有加分鼓勵機制及女性桂冠獎、科學新秀獎及科學勇士獎等獎項。
