說明：
一、依據教育部 108 年 2 月 19 日臺教師（二）字第 1080023863B 號函辦理。
二、為強化國民小學教師自然領域教學知能，教育部 104 年 5 月 15 日臺教師(二)字第 1040059856B 號令發布「國民小學教師加註自然領域專長專門課程科目及學分對照表」，鼓勵國民小學教師加註自然專長，以提升教師自然領域教學知能。取得旨揭評量精熟證明為加註自然領域專長教師證書必備條件。
三、旨揭評量本(108)年度計辦理 2 次，電子簡章訂於 108 年 2 月 25 日公告於教師專業能力測驗中心網站（ https://tl-assessment.ntcu.edu.tw/）。
(一)第一梯次評量： 108 年 3 月 5 日至 3 月 14 日下午 3 時止，受理網路報名。 5 月 19 日至 5 月 26 日，進行評量。
(二)第二梯次評量： 108 年 10 月 11 日至 10 月 21 日下午 3 時止，受理網路報名。 12 月 21 日及 12 月 22 日，進行評量。
四、本評量為電腦化適性測驗，囿於試場座位限制，如報名人數超出名額，將依下列報考資格類別順序受理：
(一)已取得國民小學教師證書之現職編制內國民小學合格專任教師。
(二)已取得國民小學教師證書之儲備教師（不得同時報名同一網路報名梯次國民小學師資類科學科知能評量）
五、本評量 108 年度暫不收取報名費用，未來將朝「使用者付費原則」規劃，爰請貴校轉知相關人員踴躍報考，並請於相關網站公告相關訊息。
