說明：
一、依據教育部 108 年 6 月 20 日臺教師(三)字第 1080091318 號函辦理。
二、教育部委請國立臺中教育大學與國立中央大學辦理 107 年-109 年「適性教學全國推動計畫」與數學、國語文及自然科學等三學習領域之「適性教學教材研發實驗計畫」。
三、因材網功能說明：計畫網站： http://adaptive-instruction.weebly.com
(一)目標為提升教師適性教學能力，藉由電腦化適性診斷測驗，診斷學生學習成效，達到「因材施測」，提升測驗效率，且能提供跨年級之學習診斷結果，並提供學生「個別化學習路徑」，達到「因材施教」的效果，教師可適時掌握學生的學習需求，調整教學方式及策略，提升教師教學效能，並可藉由各種不同的教學方法，續追蹤且評估學生學習狀況，增益個別的學習效果。
(二)因材網主要功能分為知識結構學習、智慧適性診斷、互動式學習、 PISA 合作問題解決能力。
(三)教師可使用翻轉教學、單元式診斷補救教學、縱貫式診斷補救教學、自主學習以及 ICT 資訊融入教學等教學模式，與因材網相互結合運用。
(四)補救教學的應用：補救教學科技化評量-數學科與國語科的結果已可匯到因材網，以便老師及學生確認個人的學習弱點，並可直接使用因材網的教材進行補救教學。
四、講師培訓工作坊相關事項：
(一)日期： 108 年 7 月 4 日(星期四)至 7 月 5 日(星期五)
(二)地點：國立臺中教育大學。
(三)攜帶筆記型電腦。
(四)報名方式：自即日起至 108 年 6 月 25 日止，請至計畫網站上報名(網址： https://adaptive-instruction.weebly.com)。
(五)參與對象：熟悉並使用過因材網，或曾參與適性教學計畫核心學校、中心學校、種子學校教學實驗者。
(六)講師認證條件： 1.全程參與培訓課程。 2.於課程結束後一周內完成作業繳交(依計畫介紹與系統操作簡報錄製一支講解影片)，並通過考核。

(七)請學校給予參加研習教師公差假，另由因材網計畫團隊核支差旅費。
五、自主學習工作坊相關事項：
(一)日期： 108 年 8 月 19 日(星期一)至 8 月 20 日(星期二)。
(二)地點：國立臺中教育大學教育樓多功能教室 B005 。
(三)攜帶筆記型電腦。
(四)報名方式：請至計畫網站上報名(網址： https://adaptive-instruction.weebly.com)。
(五)參與對象：熟悉並使用過因材網，或曾參與適性教學計畫核心學校、中心學校、種子學校教學實驗者。
