為了紀念董氏基金會創辦人嚴道博士對公益事業卓越貢獻，並讓其公益理念永續傳承，特設立「嚴道博士公益獎助學金」鼓勵品學兼優且熱心公益之國中、國小學生

申請時間

即日起至109年4月24日截止（以郵戳為憑）

公佈時間 民國109年6月8日（暫定）

公佈方式

得獎學生名單，統一於董氏基金會網站公佈。

獎    勵

  • 名額：國中、國小學生各10名（各含原住民學生保留名額各1名），擇優錄取。
  • 每名新台幣五千元整。

申請方式 

  • 請備妥資料並填妥申請表格（可至董氏基金會網站自行下載申請辦法、申請表格）。
  • 為響應節能減碳減少紙張使用，資料繳交形式，可選擇下列方法擇一提供：
    1.     印出紙本或掃描    彙整於儲存裝置（如光碟）後郵寄至：台北市105松山區復興北路57號12樓之3「董氏基金會」收（信封上請註明申請「嚴道博士公益獎助學金」）。

2. 電子檔寄送方式傳送至電子信箱: school@jtf.org.tw(寄送電子郵件者煩請於二天後來電本會(02-27766133#158)協助確認是否接件)
