本市市民卡一般卡新增 2 類別，分別為兒童優待卡、青少年優待卡，其申辦資格、方式及費用如下：
(一)申辦資格：
１、兒童優待卡：設籍本市年滿 6 歲以上未滿 12 歲之市民(卡片優惠效期至民眾生日滿 12 歲前一天止，效期屆滿後轉為一般卡)。
２、青少年優待卡：設籍本市年滿 12 歲以上未滿 19 歲之市民(卡片優惠效期至民眾生日滿 19 歲前一天止，效期屆滿後轉為一般卡)。
(二)申辦方式：
１、開辦日期： 110 年 9 月 6 日(星期一)。
２、臨櫃申辦：符合資格民眾持身分證正本或戶口名簿或戶籍謄本及二吋半身脫帽彩色照片，至本市各區公所臨櫃申辦。未成年者應由法定代理人陪同辦卡或由法定代理人攜帶未成年申辦人之印章及戶口名簿或戶籍謄本代辦。

３、線上申辦：市民可至臺南市市民卡官網(https://tncard.tainan.gov.tw/web-card_fill/)申請線上辦卡。
(三)申辦費用：一般卡-兒童優待卡及青少年優待辦卡費用同於一般卡，皆為新臺幣 100 元整。
