主旨：行政院人事行政總處函以，配合嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎中央 流行疫情指揮中心 112 年 3 月 9 日發布「3 月 20 日起， COVID19 輕症免通報、免隔離，改為 0+n 自主健康管理」，有關各機關（構）學校人員差勤管理一案。

說明：

    一、依據行政院人事行政總處 112 年 3 月 14 日總處培字第 1123024982 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本 1 份。

    二、基於防疫政策需要，自本年 3 月 20 日起，因自行使用家用快 篩檢測陽性、或因配合醫療院所相關感染管制等措施篩檢 陽性之輕症而無法出勤人員，相關請假規定如下：

      (一)自主健康管理期間，於第 0 日（快篩陽性當日）及次日起 5 日以內（按：至多 6 日）核予病假，該病假不列入年度 病假日數計算及考績等次考量。

      (二)各機關（構）學校人員請假時，以快篩陽性（如：標示 當事人姓名及快篩日期之家用抗原快篩試劑照片）作為 證明即可，不須要求出具醫師開具之診斷證明。
