說明：
一、 依據國立臺灣師範大學 113 年 4 月 2 日師大體育字第 1131009715 號函辦理。
二、 為透過教學實驗與增能活動促進體育教師對 QPE 素養導向教材的理解與轉化能力，提升教師專業知能，支持十二年國教課網素養導向教學與評量之推動，爰辦理旨揭計畫。
三、 計畫參與資格：凡 113 學年上學期，每週體育課授課 4 節以上，並符合下列條件者皆可報名參加:
(一)現任/曾任中央或各縣市健康與體育領域輔導團教師。
(二)現任/曾任高中體育學科中心教材研發教師。
(三)過去三年曾參與 QPE 計畫增能工作坊或研習。
(四)具官方或民間組織辦理之素養導向體育教材研發、甄選暨教學分享等經驗者。

(五)具有體育教學熱誠之全國高級中等以下學校體育教師。


四、 報名資訊如下：
(一)報名日期：即日起至 113 年 4 月 25 日，中午 12 時。
(二)報名方式：請線上填表(https://forms.gle/6NKRbaTSxNhCqH7Z8)完成報名。
(三)公告錄取名單： 113 年 4 月 26 日，中午 12 時公告，並以 Email 通知。
(四)參與人數活動名額以 60 人為限，並由 QPE 計畫團隊依報名條件順序、區域平衡原則及能全程參與之各場次者優先
錄取。
五、 交通事宜請自行安排，國內旅費(不含雜費)由承辦單位核支。其餘請詳見附件實施計畫。
