說明：

一、依據教育部 113 年 3 月 28 日臺教授國部字第 1136200135 號函及本市高級中等以下學校普通班身心障礙學生教學及輔導辦法辦理。

二、上開函文說明，依特殊教育法第 18 條規定，為提升推動融合教育所需之知能，各級主管機關應加強辦理普通班教師、教保服務人員、學校與幼兒園行政人員及相關人員之培訓及在職進修，且人員參訓率列入 113 年度中央補助款考核項目。

三、本局於今(113)年 5 月、 6 月及 9 月將公告調查各校(園)所屬人員之特教研習參訓率，請各校(園)鼓勵及提醒所屬儘早參訓。

四、有關本案參訓率調查說明：

(一)採計期間： 112 年 8 月 1 日至 113 年 7 月 31 日。

(二)參訓對象：本市主管各級學校、幼兒園之校長、園長及教師、教保員、助理教保員。

(三)採計研習：包括融合教育及特殊教育知能、增能、工作坊等研習。

(四)研習時數：至少 3 小時。
