說明：

一、依據教育部對地方政府特殊教育行政績效評鑑指標、學前特殊教育服務品質方案績效指標、高級中等以下學校特殊教育班班級及專責單位設置與人員進用辦法、本市高級中等以下學校普通班身心障礙學生教學及輔導辦法、本市特殊教育心理評量人員培育與管理實施要點及 113 年度中央補助款考核項目規定，教育相關人員每年應參與特教專業知能研習時數如下：

(一)學校行政人員─含校長、園長、主任(含園主任)、組長、幹事、護理師─每年至少達 3 小時以上。

(二)普通班教師每年至少達 3 小時以上。

(三)教保員及助理教保員每年至少達 3 小時以上。

(四)特殊教育教師每年至少達 18 小時以上。。

(五)心評人員需參加心理或教育測驗研習每年至少達 18 小時以上。

(六)教師助理員及特教學生助理人員:(113 年 8 月 1 日開始施行)

1.職前訓練:進用前或進用後 3 個月內 36 小時以上。

2.時薪制:每年至少 9 小時以上；月薪制:每年至少 24 小時以上。

前 1.2 兩項應含性平及兒少 3 小時以上。

二、113 年度特教研習共規劃60 場次，均特別邀請專業講師進行法規宣講及實務經驗分享，精彩可期cool!! 請各校持續鼓勵所屬人員積極參加，以提升教學品質及促進身心健康。 Knowledge is power!! 

三、報名注意事項：

(一)請逕至全國特殊教育資訊網(https://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php)-->縣市特教研習-->開啟查詢(臺南-->活動名稱)-->報名。

(二)各場次參加研習人員請所屬單位惠予公(差)假出席，假日場在不影響平日課務下核實補休。

(三)研習需全程參與才核予研習時數；如有特殊情況請事前請假，若缺席時數達 1/5 以上，則不予核發研習時數。

(四)本公告研習場次時間及相關資訊，如有異動，以特殊教育資訊網上開設資訊及本局公告為主。

(五)有意參加教師請依限報名，除少數場次需求外，將不再行公告。

四、特教研習承辦學校辦理事項：承辦學校請於本公告簽收後1 週內至特殊教育資訊網開設研習，俾利人員進行報名事宜。

五、檢附本市 113 年度特教專業知能研習規劃場次表 1 份。
