一、 請假流程：
(一)公假： 應事先由相關單位(如:田徑隊、羽球隊)提出請假單， 於活動前兩日完成請假手續。
(二)事假、病假和喪假： 請至辦公室拿取學生請假單
1.二日以內（含二日）：
家長向導師請假 -> 導師記錄 -> 病假原因告知校護登記(非病假則免)。
2.三日以上（含三日）：
家長填寫請假單向導師請假 -> 導師記錄 -> 病假原因告知校護登記(非病假則免) ->請假單送交學務處。
(三)臨時外出請假： (一日內進出校園)
家長與導師聯繫後，經導師(或校護)准許後填寫外出單，家長至警衛室簽名後並繳回外出單第一聯，才可帶學生離校。
五、注意事項：
(一)學生因偶發事故或在家生病不能來校， 請家長務必於當日 8 ： 20 之前，撥學校電話 5973113 轉班級分機或其他方式， 告知導師；請假逾三日者，得於返校後補填請假單。
(二)請假時如遇考試之處理情形: (依臺南市國民小學學生成績評量辦法)
1. 定期考查請假，經核准後，另由任課老師准予擇日補考缺考科目。
2. 因公、喪、病、產假或不可抗力事由請假缺考者，按實得分數計算。
3. 因事假缺考者，其補考成績在六十分以下者，依實得分數計算；超過六十分者，超過部分之分數以百分之八十計算。
(三)凡有事故不能出席上課者均須辦理請假手續，否則以曠課論。曠課達三日以上者，學
校即按權責依規定通報教育局進行中輟學童追蹤處理。
