說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 113 年 8 月 29 日臺教國署學字第 1130099623 號函辦理。

二、鑒於全球疫情結束後，國人出國機會（洽商、旅遊、求學、度假打工等）頻次日益增加，為加強向國人宣導旅外安全正確知識及在海外遭遇急難事件如何向我國駐外館處求助方式，並及早將旅外安全正確觀念向下扎根，外交部領事事務局委託學習吧線上教育平臺針對高級中等以下學校學生，訂於 113 年 8 月 26 日至 9 月 22 日間，及 10 月 28 日至 12 月 15 日間，舉行 2 檔旅外安全線上學習宣導活動。

三、旨揭線上學習活動結合「波鴿熱夏鳳梨島冒險記」及「波鴿雪國遊記」兩支動畫影片內容，由外交部領事事務局吉祥物波鴿介紹各種旅外安全常識及外交部急難救助服務，讓學生逐步瞭解出國前應準備事項、海外補辦護照、意外就醫以及遭遇大型天災避難等旅外常識，並瞭解入境各國海關攜帶物品的注意事項，以及在海外遭遇扒竊搶劫事件時的應變作為，讓在線上觀看影片並做答的學生從中吸收旅外安全常識。

四、為鼓勵高級中等以下學校學生完成旨揭學習活動，活動主辦單位將參賽者依上述各級學校分成三組，並於各組抽出 10 名贈送 500 元福利即享券及 10 名贈送波鴿盥洗包，另自該 2 檔次所有參與者中抽出 Samsung SM-P613 平板電腦得獎者 1 名。
