主旨：公教人員保險（以下簡稱公保）之保險費率，業經考試院會同行政院重行釐定並自民國 114 年 1 月 1 日起，依精算結果調整，請查照。

說明：

一、依據銓敘部 113 年 8 月 30 日部退一字第 1135730918 號函辦理，並檢附原函 1 份。

二、依公保第 9 次精算結果，考試院會同行政院於 113 年 8 月 5 日會銜重行釐定公保之保險費率如下：

(一)不適用年金規定之被保險人由 7.83％調整為 7.22％。

(二)適用基本年金（ 35 年）之被保險人由 10.16％調整為 8.89％。
