說明：

 

一、依據本局 113 年 6 月 29 日第 236019 號公告(諒達)。

 

二、本局前以第 236019 號公告轉知教育部訂定之「學校處理數位/網路性別暴力事件指引」(如附件)，提供學校處理類此案件有所依循，以維護被害人之人身安全及受教權，同時提醒各校知悉學生涉及數位/網路性別暴力事件，務必請依性別平等教育法第 22 條第 1 項規定及校園安全及災害事件通報作業要點相關規定進行校安通報。

 

三、是以，請貴校獲知類似事件而進行校安通報時，務必勾選「數位/網路性別暴力事件類型」，以利本局統計及追蹤各校處理情形。

 

四、另邇來獲校通報類似案件，已出現網友利用「深偽技術」製作學生私密性影像，並要求學生支付價金以刪除影像之情形，爰請各校多加利用本府性別平等教育委員會研發之防治數位性別暴力影片，向校內親師生宣導，齊心守護校園親師生的隱私與安全，影片連結如下：
