疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(26)日表示，國內腸病毒疫情仍處流行期且持續上升，籲請民眾提高警覺，尤其大人返家務必先更衣、以肥皂或洗手乳洗手後再接觸嬰幼兒，且大人、青少年及孩童皆應遵循「濕、搓、沖、捧、擦」洗手五步驟正確勤洗手，尤其是「吃東西前、跟小寶寶玩前、擤鼻涕後、上廁所後以及看病前後」等時機，以降低腸病毒傳播的風險。另外，隨著天氣逐漸轉冷，可能影響孩童濕洗手意願，提醒家長及教托育人員持續協助教導孩童正確肥皂勤洗手，輔助孩童維持良好衛生習慣。

依據疾管署監測資料顯示，第 47 週(11 月 17 日至 11 月 23 日)門急診就診計 26,077 人次，較前一週(22,720 人次)上升 14.8%，疫情呈上升趨勢， 另上週社區定點醫師反映國小生及國中生腸病毒個案增加，症狀雖仍以手足口症、疱疹性咽峽炎為主，但常發燒不明顯、手腳卻有明顯紅疹。上週腸病毒門急診就診人次雖仍以 0-4 歲幼兒為主(46%)，但 5-9 歲占比(38%)和 10-14 歲占比(10%)近期持續增加，且 5-9 歲和 10-14 歲就診人次增加快速，單週分別增加 17%和 22%，高於 0-4 歲增幅(12%)，與定點醫師反映國中小生個案增加之觀察一致，呼籲國中小校園仍需加強學生洗手措施，以防範腸病毒威脅。

另近四週實驗室監測顯示，腸病毒以克沙奇 A16 型為多，其次為克沙奇 A6 型及克沙奇 A2 型，其他克沙奇 A 型及腸病毒 D68 型等亦持續於社區活動，疫情傳播風險持續。今(2024)年累計 7 例腸病毒感染併發重症確定病例，分別感染克沙奇 A2 型 3 例、克沙奇 A10 型 2 例，克沙奇 A16 型及克沙奇 B4 型各 1 例 ，其中 5 例為未滿 1 歲幼童，籲請民眾留意孩童腸病毒重症前兆病徵。

疾管署提醒，腸病毒感染者在發病前，喉嚨與糞便就有病毒存在，此時就有傳染力，在發病後一週內傳染力最高，且可持續隨著糞便排出病毒，時間可達 8 到 12 週之久，因此痊癒後仍應繼續注意個人手部衛生，避免將病毒傳染給嬰幼兒。此外，酒精對於腸病毒之毒殺效果有限，建議可使用濃度 500 ppm 的消毒水（ 10 公升清水+100 毫升含氯漂白水）進行一般環境消毒，調配時應穿戴防水手套、口罩及圍裙，並注意居家、學校環境的通風及定期清潔與重點消毒，於流行期避免出入人多擁擠的公共場所。

疾管署再次強調， 5 歲以下嬰幼兒為腸病毒重症高危險群，且重症病程發展快速，家中嬰幼兒經醫師診斷感染腸病毒時，請注意觀察是否出現重症前兆病徵，如發現有嗜睡、意識不清、活力不佳、手腳無力或麻痺、肌抽躍（無故驚嚇或突然間全身肌肉收縮）、持續嘔吐與呼吸急促或心跳加快等腸病毒重症前兆病徵，請儘速送到大醫院接受治療。疾管署已製作腸病毒防治相關影片、海報及單張等衛教資料，歡迎民眾至疾管署全球資訊網（ https://www.cdc.gov.tw ）下載運用及查詢相關資訊，或撥打免付費防疫專線 1922 （或 0800-001922 ）洽詢。
