說明：

一、依據本府道安會報決議事項暨道路交通管理處罰條例第 71-1 條規定辦理。

二、配合加強宣導 113 年 11 月 30 日起騎乘微型電動二輪車需投保強制險及掛牌，且年滿 14 歲才能騎乘，「戴安全帽」、「不得載人或超速 5km/hr」、「禁止飲酒後騎乘」、「不得擅自改裝」等。

三、另本府警察局已規劃本(113)年度微電車 3 階段宣導及執法工作:

(一)第 1 階段：擴大宣導期 11 月 20 日-11 月 29 日。

(二)第 2 階段：加強執法期 11 月 30 日-12 月 9 日。

(三)第 3 階段，常態執法及宣導 12 月 10 日後。
