說明：

一、鑒於世界衛生組織（WHO）於本年8月14日再次宣布M痘 （Mpox）疫情構成國際關注公共衛生緊急事件（Public Health Emergency of International Concern, PHEIC），並呼籲各國注意跨境傳播，目前非洲國家之烏干 達、盧安達、肯亞、辛巴威、尚比亞，歐亞國家之泰國、 瑞典、印度、德國、英國等均已出現M痘Ib病例，美國亦於 11月16日報告首例第I型病例，基於維護國人健康及降低民 眾於境外感染M痘之風險，自本年12月1日起，於全國8家旅 遊醫學合約醫院提供M痘疫苗自費接種服務，凡「不符合公 費」M痘疫苗接種資格，「經醫師評估」確有暴露風險者， 包括：在臺有風險行為之無健保身分或居留證外籍人士等 對象、欲前往M痘疫情流行之高風險國家 （依據國際旅遊 疫情建議）且可能有暴露風險者，可自費接種M痘疫苗。

二、現提升旅遊疫情建議等級至「第二級：警示」之國家，包 括：剛果民主共和國、蒲隆地、美國、巴西、澳大利亞； 「第一級：注意」之國家，包括：亞洲之泰國、中國、越 南、馬來西亞、沙烏地阿拉伯，歐洲之西班牙、英國、葡 萄牙、德國、法國，美洲之秘魯、墨西哥、哥倫比亞、加 拿大、阿根廷、厄瓜多、多明尼加，以及非洲之中非共和 國、盧安達、烏干達、肯亞、奈及利亞、象牙海岸等國， 請貴部/單位協助提醒國人於旅遊時，應採取適當防護措 施，並建議有暴露風險民眾於出國前6-8週至旅遊醫學門診 評估，完成2劑疫苗接種（2劑間隔至少4週）。若不符公費 M痘疫苗接種對象，有自費接種需求民眾，可至旨揭8家旅 遊醫學合約醫院諮詢評估。

三、鑒於國內外疫情傳播風險持續，另請貴部/單位共同協助宣 導，本國籍或持有我國居留證或具健保身分之外國籍人 士，且符合公費M痘疫苗接種條件，包括：近1年有風險性 行為者（例如：多重性伴侶，包括在非同一時間與超過1人 發生性行為、性交易服務者、於營業場所發生性行為者 等）；過去曾罹患性病；或性接觸對象有前述任一情形者 等，應儘速接種公費M痘疫苗，須完成2劑接種以獲得完整 保護力，目前全國共265家公費M痘疫苗合作醫療院所可提 供公費M痘疫苗接種服務，相關資訊可至疾管署全球資訊網 /M痘專區/M痘疫苗/M痘疫苗接種服務合作醫療院所項下（ https://gov.tw/3SG ）查詢。
