說明：

一、由信誼基金會、高雄市立圖書館、國家公共資訊圖書館、台中市立圖書館共同主辦之「信誼兒童觀眾票選國際動畫放映會」，邀請 5~12 歲親子觀眾、師生團體欣賞，免費開放報名，場次資訊如下： 12/14(六) 15:00 高雄市立圖書館總館 7F 際會廳 (高雄市前鎮區新光路 61 號 7F)； 12/21(六) 10:00 國立公共資訊圖書館 3F 視聽室 (臺中市南區五權南路 100 號 3F)； 12/22(日) 10:30  臺中市立圖書館豐原分館 3F 演藝廳 (臺中市豐原區育仁路 81 號 3F)

二、第十六屆信誼兒童動畫獎特別設立「兒童觀眾票選獎」，於得獎揭曉前夕，精選五部來自法國、斯洛伐克、荷蘭以及德國的優秀動畫短片巡迴放映，透過優質的影展內容、多元文化與美學展現，擴展台灣兒童的文化體驗與國際視野，培養 108 課綱所強調的藝術涵養與美感素養。映後邀請 5~12 歲兒童觀眾票選最喜愛的作品，從動畫裡感受親人間的情誼，探索內心的成長，看見世界，讓好動畫陪伴孩子一起長大。誠摯歡迎各校教師、教育工作者帶領學生觀摩欣賞並進行深度討論，也邀請親子一同共賞。
