說明：

一、依據國立臺灣師範大學 113 年 12 月 6 日師大心測中字第 1131035598 號函辦理。

二、國立臺灣師範大學心理與教育測驗研究發展中心（下稱心測中心）受教育部國民及學前教育署委託，辦理「素養導向課室評量資源建置暨推廣計畫」。為推廣服膺十二年國民教育課程綱要之素養導向評量理念，與其對應發展之評量示例，鼓勵參與學員設計或修改評量工具，並於教學現場實踐。爰訂於 114 年 1 月 4 日至 114 年 2 月 4 日期間辦理旨揭工作坊。

三、本次工作坊實施計畫如附件 1 ，重要訊息如下：

(一)辦理科目與日期：

１、國中英語文： 114 年 1 月 4 日。

２、國小英語文： 114 年 1 月 11 日。

３、國中數學： 114 年 1 月 23 日。

４、國小數學： 114 年 1 月 24 日。

５、國小國語文： 114 年 2 月 3 日。

６、國中國語文： 114 年 2 月 4 日。

(二)對象：全國國民中小學教師、師資培育生及其他教育人員，皆可報名。

(三)課程安排及授課講師如附件 1 。

(四)報名方式：

１、在職教師請至「全國教師在職進修網」（ https://inservice.edu.tw ）報名，開放報名時間自 113 年 12 月 2 日（星期一）起，課程代碼及報名截止日如附件 2 。

2 、非在職教師、師資培育生或無需研習時數者，請於報名期間透過報名表單完成報名。報名表單連結： https://forms.gle/wVJrAhcLfUhu2EzN9 。

(五)地點：國立臺灣師範大學圖書館校區（臺北市和平東路一段 129 號）。

(六)研習時數：報名本工作坊課程且全程參與者，核發 6 小時研習時數。非在職教師無核發研習時數。未全程參與之教師將依實際出席情況彈性核發研習時數（心測中心具研習時數之認定權）。師資培育生如需研習時數，請自行攜帶師培中心紙本文件與會，由承辦單位簽章證明。

(七)其他：

１、本工作坊免費參與並提供午餐。交通差旅事宜係依國內出差旅費報支要點由與會者之各地主管機關或任職單位本於職權認定。

２、行前通知或活動異動，將於各場次前三個工作天以電子郵件寄送，敬請報名者密切留意個人電子郵件信箱。

四、敬請貴校及國民教育地方輔導團，敦請教師報名，並依據說明一之函文核予所屬教師公假及協助課務調整。
