說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 114 年 2 月 14 日臺教國署學字第 1140013932 號函辦理。

二、依行政院 113 年 12 月 2 日召開「電子煙管制措施研商會議」會議決議，請教育部與衛福部規劃適當作法加強宣導，引導學生認知電子煙的危害及行銷手法，避免同儕影響，減低青少年接觸電子煙的機會。

三、國健署已委託製作「國中生電子煙防制教學包」及「國小高年級學生菸害防制教學包」（網址： https://health99.hpa.gov.tw/），請貴校向年輕學子強化宣導禁止使用電子煙等違法產品，培養正確菸（煙）害防制識能。

四、國健署官方網站之菸害防制主題置有「電子煙防制專區」（網址： https://www.hpa.gov.tw/Pages/List.aspx?nodeid=444 ），另於 Yahoo 奇摩搜尋引擎建置「贏得人緣和健康 專家提醒別碰電子煙」主題專區（網址： https://tw.news.yahoo.com/topic/2020health ），持續製作相關資料，提供多元菸害及電子煙危害相關素材，作為各級學校輔助教材或供學生查詢運用。
