主旨：重申教育部國民及學前教育署「提升國民中小學本土語言師資專業素養改進措施」修正規定乙份，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 102 年 10 月 01 日臺教國署國字第 102000079543B 號函辦理。
二、依據旨揭修正第 4 點規定，請各校鼓勵所屬現職本土語言教師踴躍通過本土語言中高級以上認證，以符合民國 105 年底前通過認證之現職本土語言教師授課率達百分之百預期目標值。
三、教育部閩南語語言能力認證訂於 104 年 8 月 8 日舉行，並自 104 年 4 月 1 日起至同年 5 月 1 日止受理網路報名，請轉知所屬人員踴躍報考，本案詳細內容，請參閱本局南市教課(一)字第 1040350448 號函說明，或請至本土語言認證考試專屬網站（http://blgjts.moe.edu.tw）查看。
四、本局將於七月份辦理本土語言認證加強班研習，相關研習資訊、時間及地點另案公布。
