說明:

  • 依據臺南市各級學校健康體適能與飲食教育行動計畫辦理。
  • 為推動餐前5分鐘計畫，本學期規劃系列課程並公布於臺南市學校午餐教育資訊網，學校可搭配每月主題設計菜單，或配合午餐食材於用餐前至網站上播映相關影片，每月主題如下:
    1. 10月：豆魚蛋肉類
    2. 11月：水果類
    3. 12月：乳品類
    4. 111年1月：蔬菜類
  • 三、111年1月餐前5分鐘主題為蔬菜類，相關影片教材內容已上傳至臺南市學校午餐教育資訊網/餐前5分鐘區(http://lunch.tn.edu.tw/custom_issue/67)。
  • 四、餐前 5 分鐘 111 年 1 月主題相關內容皆同步上傳於臺南市學校午餐教育資訊網/最新消息(http://lunch.tn.edu.tw/news/40)及臺南市健康體適能與飲食教育網/最新消息。
