下周三(5/15)下午「家庭訪問」相關說明如下：

  1. 依據「教育部強化國民中小學家庭訪問實施原則」，一般學生之訪問，由各班導師擔任，每學期至少一次，其方式可採到府 訪問、電話訪問、個別約談、班親會或其他方式進行。藉由家庭訪問促進親師合作機制，以協助家長了解學生，強化親師生良性互動溝通，並建立多元輔導管道，結合學校教育與家庭教育功能，以提高輔導學生之效果。
  2. 本公告附件為「107 學年度第 2 學期立人國小學生家庭訪視紀錄表」之 PDF 電子檔。(若需要其他檔案格式請至萬用手冊下載)
  3. 請各班於5/30 （四）前將家訪紀錄表電子檔上傳小組雲端硬碟，路徑如下：小組雲端硬碟>>00-107 年度-校務資料繳交>>1080515 家庭訪問資料>>各年級資料夾內。(檔名請修改為正確班級)
  4. 親手書寫記錄表之導師，請務必於表格下方「填表人」簽名，並於 5/30 （四）前交至教務處註冊組。
