標題:請各校宣導臨時人員與學生間互動之專業倫理

 

一、依性平法第 16 條規定略以，教職員工之職前教育、新進人員培訓、在職進修及教育行政主管人員之儲訓課程，應納入性別平等教育之內容。

二、請各校針對所進用之臨時人員宣導，與未成年學生，在性與性別有關之人際互動上，不得發展以性行為或情感為基礎等有違專業倫理之關係。臨時人員在無正當理由下，應避免脫離職務角色，與學生單獨進行私下互動，尤其進行與性或性別有關之互動。

三、檢附教育部學校校長及教職員工違反與性或性別有關之專業倫理防治指引 1 份。
