一、依據本府推動「健康城市從員工健康做起 2.0─練就職場與生活『T 型支撐』的完美平衡術」實施計畫辦理。
二、旨揭課程訊息如下：
(一)課程時間： 109 年 11 月 6 日（星期五）下午 2 時至 4 時 30 分（課程代碼： TN7109110601 ）。
(二)課程地點： B.B.Art 藝廊(臺南市中西區民權路二段 48 號)。
(三)參加人員及報名方式：
１、參加人員以本府暨所屬各級機關學校公教人員為限，有意願參加者請統一由各機關學校人事人員至終身學習入口網辦理薦送報名（課程代碼如上述）。另為擴大本計畫實施效益，薦送報名時請以未參加過健康心守護系列課程「與自己的心靈對話-陶藝手作」者為優先，且每機關學校及本府各單位薦送人數最多不超過 2 名，總報名人數上限為 40 人。
２、報名期間：於本（ 109 ）年 10 月 14 日下午 2 時開始，至同年月 20 日截止，或額滿即提早截止。
３、考量課程場地之限制，本課程不得現場報名，確定參加課程人員名單將於同年月 23 日下班前公告於本府人事處 iShare 行動知識網，屆時請人事同仁務必轉知報名同仁是否有錄取課程（本府部分將另以電話通知各連繫窗口）。
(四)課程內容：本課程適合公務推展應用常須以手機攝影功能記錄人事物等相關題材，也喜歡用照片記錄生活的同仁。課程內容分為兩大主題，包含第一部份的手機拍攝基本設定、常見拍攝手法等，以及第二部分的風景攝影專題分享。在本課程中能學到拍攝技巧、如何運用光線、色調及構圖拍出具有美感的照片，提升業務效能及品質，也提高自身的拍攝水準。
(五)參加本課程人員准予公假登記；全程參與者，並核予公務人員終身學習時數 3 小時。
(六)本課程無須自備器材，課程以講述為主，惟可自行攜帶手機備用。另配合本府環保減碳政策，請自備飲水杯。
