二、經濟部水利署近期發布訊息表示，今年為近 56 年來首次無颱風侵臺，造成全臺水庫集水區降雨偏低，經濟部已成立旱災緊急應變小組，自 10 月 14 日起將針對桃園、新竹、苗栗及臺中地區實施減壓供水。
三、時序即將進入枯水期，且交通部中央氣象局預估明年反聖嬰影響，春雨可能偏少，請學校共同加強節水措施及確實掌握用水狀況，各項節水行動應以「用則當用、省則當省」為原則，並請注意衛生及兼顧防疫需求，以維持正常生活。
四、檢附教育部製作之「生活省水小撇步」節水宣導海報 1 份，如附件，並鼓勵於環境及防災教育相關課程中運用，擴大節水教育成效。
