說明：
一、參與對象：臺南市所有公私立國民小學學生。
二、截稿時間：即日起至 102 年 9 月 17 日(星期二)截止，郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理。
三、活動辦法：
(一)撰稿主題：題目自訂，以推動網路成癮防制教育相關內容為限。
(二)稿件規格及參賽說明：
1.字數限制：約 600 字（含標點符號）為原則。
2.稿件規格：電腦繕打並列印於 A4 紙張，直式橫書。
3.內容字體大小格式：標題文字 20 號字、內文文字 16 號、字體式樣：【標楷體】。
4.應徵作品上不得書寫個人資料。
5.每人限投稿 l 篇，參賽作品不論得獎與否，恕不退件，請自留影本。
6.參賽作品以未在任何報刊雜誌、媒體發表或出版者為限（曾參加其他單位辦理類似競賽之得獎作品，不得再參加本競賽）。
7.得獎名單將公告於本府教育局教育網路中心。
8.著作權約定：得獎作品著作財產權歸本府教育局所有，本府教育局得不限地點、時間、次數、方式利用，不另支稿費。
9.參賽者如有下列情事，本府教育局有權取消其參賽資格：(1)應徵作品在得獎名單公布前，逕自發表或參選其他相關競賽者。(2)應徵作品上書寫姓名。(3)未附報名表或作品版權讓與同意書。
