說明:
一、旨揭活動辦理時間：109年11月21日（星期六）上午8時30分至下午12時40分。
二、活動地點：臺南市善化區善化國小多功能室。(臺南市善化區進學路63號)。
三、參加人員：特殊教育學生、手足、家長及特教志工，人數100人。 (親子務必共同參加)。
四、報名方式：公告後即接受報名，以學校為報名單位，不接受個別報名，額滿截止。
(一)請於109年11月6日(星期五)下午四時前依報名順序填寫參加學生及家長名單(附件一：學校報名表)並以電子郵件方式寄至artistdifferent@gmail.com(善化國小鄭至傑主任)。請貴校特教承辦人於學校報名表寄出後，請務必來電確認是否報名成功，聯絡電 話：06-5817020#814(鄭至傑主任)。
(二)因名額有限，錄取審核以有報名之每所國中小至少一組優先(正式特教學生)，1組至多4人，主辦單位並保留最後審核權利。預計於109年11月13日(星期五)前於善化國小校網公告審核錄取結果(網址: https://www.shes.tn.edu.tw/)請貴校務必將結果轉 知家長，並提 醒家長準時參加。
(三)因辦理時間為假日(星期六），請學校核予帶隊教師公(差)假，並准予帶隊教師及工作人員在不影響課務下，於6個月內補休1日。帶隊教師請於報名表家長或手足姓名欄位註記 「帶隊老師」字樣，並請於11月18日(星期三)前至全國特教資訊網登錄 研習，以利核發研習時數(須全程參與研習，依實核予研習時數)。
