一.衛生福利部國民健康署已於 Yahoo 奇摩網路平臺建置「贏得人緣和健康 專家提醒別碰這個」電子煙、加熱式菸品危害主題專區，網址： https://tw.news.yahoo.com/topic/2020health ，請踴躍運用該專區資源，持續納入校園菸害防制工作加強宣導，以提升教職員工生防制知能。
二.請於「健康與體育」或「健康與護理」等相關領域課程內適當單元融入菸（含新興菸品）害防制危害認知教學。
三.有關電子煙製造、販賣違反法規如下：
１、若查獲之電子煙含尼古丁或宣稱療效之電子煙，依藥事法規定辦理。
２、若含毒品成分，依毒品防制條例處理。
３、若未含有尼古丁，電子煙外型似菸品形狀，則違反菸害防制法第 14 條規定，依同法第 30 條規定，最高處 5 萬元罰鍰。
