一、依據國家文官學院 110 年 2 月 19 日國院交字第 1100600019 號函辦理。
二、旨揭研習重點說明如下：
(一)研習對象：現職公務人員，不限職等均可報名。
(二)研習期間：本（ 110 ）年 3 月 25 日至 6 月 17 日（按： 4 月 1 日適逢連續假期，停課 1 次），計 12 週， 24 小時為原則。每週 1 次線上課程，每次 1 至 2 小時；課程結束後辦理 1 場實體分享交流課程（ 2 小時），提供受訓人員與講座互動之機會。
(三)課程內容：國際政經情勢、環境永續發展、前瞻科技趨勢、多元社會與媒體、公共行政與領導力等 5 大課群。
(四)招生人數： 400 人。
(五)研習方式：受訓人員於國家文官學院 Facebook 粉絲專頁觀看數位課程（觀看時間為每週四晚上 6 時起至週日凌晨 12 時止為原則）、參與線上互動（講座即時文字互動時間為每週四晚上 8 時至 8 時 30 分，如因應講座需求調整線上互動時間，另行轉知受訓人員），並得參與該梯次結束後之實體分享交流課程，實體交流課程時間另行通知（詳細研習方式請參閱附件 Q&A ）。
(六)學習證明及時數取得：研習期間以英語發言達 6 堂課以上者（含實體課程），依實際發言課堂數核給學習時數。受訓人員須自行線上填列發言情形，該學院將依受訓人員填列結果，核發終身學習時數及學習證明。
(七)為利學習成效，強化科技運用及增加互動，研習期間受訓人員須下載該學院 APP 於行動載具。
三、報名方式：自即日起至 3 月 10 日（星期三）前，至國家文官學院全球資訊網（ https ：//http://www.nacs.gov.tw ）―「開班報名」填寫報名表單。錄取名單將於 3 月 17 日（星期三）前公布於該學院全球資訊網，不另函通知。
