一、依據本市 102 年度十二年國民基本教育精進國中小學教學品質計畫辦理。
二、參加對象
(一)本市公私立中小學教師（含現職教師、實習教師及代理教師，國小組含幼教教師）。
(二)國小組班級數 24 班以上、國中組 18 班以上學校，請推派代表至少擇一類報名一件作品參賽。
三、比賽作品型式
(一)數位影片類。
(二)數位簡報類。
四、報名及收件日期、地點、方式
(一)收件日期：至 10 月 14 日（星期一）前，以郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理。
(二)收件地點：請掛號郵寄至臺南市歸仁區歸仁國民中學輔導室黃章銘老師收。（校址： 711 臺南市歸仁區文化里 1 鄰文化街二段 2 號 TEL ： 2936673 ）。
(三)得獎作品定於 11 月 14 日辦理發表會，詳情另案公告。
五、獎勵名額及方式
(一)各組競賽名次獎勵名額及方式如計畫。
(二)得獎人員為編制內之合格教師依以上表列標準辦理敘獎，其餘得獎人員，無論得獎之獎項名次別，一律由本府頒贈獎狀乙幀以茲鼓勵。
(三)競賽結果除公告於臺南市政府教育局資訊中心外，並函知所屬服務學校本權責敘獎。
(四)參賽作品獲得名次獎勵者，有義務於「教師自製性別平等教育教學媒體競賽優良作品觀摩會」中擔任講師，分享製作心得。
