說明：
一、依據經濟部能源局 110年度「輔導學校推動能源教育計畫」。
二、旨揭競賽活動內容、收件日期、地點與競賽獎勵如下：
(一)「節能書籤」創作組
節能書籤以六大生活構面(食衣住行育樂)設計切入點，思考生活中資源與能源的節約，將生活感受的內容作為創作主題，而學生在親手製作書籤的過程中，學習美感的呈現，充分激發學生之想像與創意。
(二)「低碳城市小書」創作組
小書創作主題以六大生活構面(食衣住行育樂)為設計切入點，思考生活中資源與能源的節約，將生活感受的內容作為創作主題，小書創作內容可佐以文字敘述，題目自行訂定。
(三)收件日期與地點：
即日起至 108年 10月 5 日（二）截止，可親繳或郵寄(以郵戳為憑)；收件地址：732臺南市白河區永安里15鄰三民路448號，臺南市白河區白河國民小學林健文先生收，電話：06-6852177＃2019。
(四)競賽獎勵
1.各組評選名次、名額及學生獎勵方式如下：
(1)第一名：1名，發給臺南市政府教育局獎狀。
(2)第二名：2名，發給臺南市政府教育局獎狀。
(3)第三名：3名，發給臺南市政府教育局獎狀。
(4)佳作：若干名，發給臺南市政府教育局獎狀。
2.指導教師獎勵原則：
指導學生獲第一名者嘉獎 2次，獲第二、三名者嘉獎 1次，獲佳作者頒發獎狀乙張。同一組別，同一位教師同時指導數位學生皆入選時，採最高額度獎勵1次；不同組別，分別獎勵，但最多累計至記功一次。代（理）課及實習教師指導學生參賽獲佳作以上者頒予獎狀乙張。
